I am even getting to the stage of having to make voice notes linked to key conversations and actions just to keep track on what is going on.
Probably should have done it years ago but there is a point where you want to trust the people you interact with but you can no longer do that because they have their own agenda.
CYA (cover your a**e) was taught to me 50 years ago but now you really have to take that onboard as a message.
