These days a lot of what you think might be data protection just comes down to poor line management of people.
There is also the bit where the pandemic changed working expectations to the point that some people no longer know what boundaries exist when they are working.
When that happens, the data protection side is almost incidental to whether you want them doing the job to begin with.
