So is the New Year likely to bring in massive changes for data protection?

I do not think there will be massive changes with legislation – I think that organisations will be getting tighter with their money though and companies are going to be daring to look at increasing their rates.

We will not be increasing rates but doubling down on efficiency and making sure that responses are meaningful and timely.
