Staff have been stuck in complaints processes for so long that they no longer are prepared delays or you saying that getting them what they want could take months.
Do I believe that all staff complaints are justified?
Absolutely No because when you are forced to read through them to get what is being asked for you get a feel for what is going on.
The trouble is that when you get a SAR linked to a complaint and the grievance processes have been going on for years, you can see why staff perception of HR has gone downhill and they become less forgiving.
