AI, AI or not to AI

AI has its place and that is clear because we all need an edge.

It is also clear that AI is loved or loathed.

I have also dealt with my first query which was “I need xxx system that is not dependent on AI” so once all the hype

Once the hype has gone there will be organisations that fall into 3 types:

  1. AI as much as they can to use it
  2. AI where there is a compromise over use
  3. No AI at all

You will notice the approach when it comes to customer service and person centred services:(
