For any form of consultancy trying to provide services into the NHS things are going to be tough.
There will be an unwillingness to spend money, a more risk based approach to what organisations can get away with (if you do not get caught, they will take the risk) and generally they will only spend money because they have to.
For things like IG that could be the making or the ending of the profession – the making of it will be because IG allows for things to be done cheaper, the ending because it allows to be done cheaper and organisations do not believe what they are seeing.
